About Us & How to Join
How Do I Join?​
PVMA meets weekly on Monday evenings at 7:00 pm in designated locations. A schedule of meeting dates and times, along with their rooms, can be found on Instagram. Meetings consist of club announcements, guest speakers, and group discussions. The meeting plans vary and more information about what is planned will be posted on Instagram.
To become a general member, you must complete the following by the last meeting of the semester:
1. Pay the semester dues of $15, or the yearly club dues of $35
2. Attend 4 meetings per semester
3. Participate in 1+ fundraisers per semester
4. Volunteer at 1+ community service events per semester
5. Participate in 1+ educational OR social event per semester
To become a gold member, you must complete the following by the last meeting of the semester:
1. Pay the semester dues of $15, or the yearly club dues of $35 2. Attend 6 meetings per semester
3. Participate in 2+ fundraisers per semester
4. Volunteer at 1+ community service events per semester
5. Participate in 1+ educational event per semester
6. Participate in 1+ social event per semester
Arrangements can be made for class conflicts by contacting the President or Vice President.
Join PVMA on D2L:

D2L is MSU's web-based networking site used for group communication. Joining the PVMA D2L group will allow you to be on our email list, which will be your primary source for new announcements.
​To Join the Group:
1. Email your First and Last name and MSU NetID (first part of your MSU email address, not your APID!) to our historian, Emily, at: foleyemi@msu.edu
2. Our historian will then enroll you into the course.
3. The Pre-Veterinary Medical Association course will be added to your 'Course List'
on your D2L profile. You will be able to access all PVMA documents, calendars and
information.
