Hello! My name is Kateleigh Schlink, and I am your Vice President this year :) I am a senior majoring in Animal Science, Animal Biology/Pre-Vet Concentration with a minor in Pharmacology and Toxicology. I am enrolled in Lyman Briggs and the Honors College. I am currently applying to 12 veterinary schools this cycle! This summer I spent my time as a veterinary assistant at MSU Veterinary Medical Center in the Small Animal Emergency and Critical Care department, and as a research assistant for the CVM for a liver disease lab, helping with the mouse colony. I have a special interest in mixed animal and emergency medicine, and I would love to explore it further. I own a Cane Corso and a Maine Coon at home and love them dearly! My favorite hobbies are kayaking, boating, theatre, and I am trying to get into golfing! Please reach out if you have any questions!
